I have heard a few people mention about the capital raising. this was done from memory at the start of feb. but what no one seems to have mentioned is that the share price was already 0.2c for basically the whole of December and January. so they actually managed to raise capital basically without any discount to the existing price. it was just unfortunate for them that the price then went up by the time they announced it, probably caused by the new mob buying...
