Hi alexei, the Resolution 3 statement that you refer to appears on many Co AGM agendas, not just 88E.
My understanding of this agenda item is to seek approval for same in case it's required at a later time and
doesnt mean that the Co is seeking a placement nor does it mean that they are even planning for one -
However, CR and placements are all par for the course with most/all spec stocks.
