Not sure how long the advertisement has been there, but the position of Product Manager - Sleep is up on Raps website.

Interesting that a plus for the candidate is “Experience Building or marketing mass- market direct to consumer products.”
I also note in the first announcement regarding the apnea app in April 2018 Tony Keating is quoted “ we have the opportunity to deliver a highly- scalable, accurate and easy to use product to the mass market”
Things can change ..eg deals with Apple or Resmed etc. However the concept of RAP just raking in revenue by allowing the public access to do their own home sleep study is considerable.
