@adamwex. Your summation makes sense IF he was able to make the fund perform and close that NTA gap, but he hasn’t over the last 3 years ! You can buy as much as u like at the discount, but if the NAV doesn’t increase and the gap doesn’t close, then u have achieved nothing. That’s what the investors have achieved in the recent past, me incl. we have discussed the chances of a T/O at length, and he is already restructuring WGF, but investors are not going to flock to an unlisted fund if it don’t perform.
Somethings got to happen, but I don’t know what !
