Something wrong!!
If DJ Newswires' target is raised 20% to A$24.50/share then the SP at the time of writing must have been A$20.42. However, from Friday 22 March's high ($19.19) it gapped up at the open on Monday, with a low for the day of $21.03, meaning it never traded at between $19.19 and $21.03!! Since that gap-up day APX has not traded below this morning's open of $21.90, so their comment (if indeed it is a DJ Newswires comment!) is incorrect.
