Tinwins the funds raised already happened via the St Baker Innovation Fund’s $15m Strategic investment in NVX.
Two weeks later the SBEIF invested another $28million in Australia’s largest EV distribution network(eg petrol stations for EVs). Called Evie. A total of $43million dollars in this sector.
This is in addition to their 100% ownership of Tritium fast chargers. Eg the petrol bowsers for EVs.
$10.9million of the $15million investment is to increase Novonix’s profit share over 1,000tpa to 100% and Operational Control of the PUREgraphite plant. A further $4.1million to be used to accelerate the development of the plant.
What we want to see is how much this $4.1m has accelerated the development of the PUREgraphite plant and the company becoming cashflow positive to begin dividend payments.
