Let me know if ive got this wrong, but they are paying approx 300 mil for 17 mil ebitda straight away, about 6 % yield on thier raising.
and only paying about 5.5x
that doesn't sound very dilutive to me.
that sounds accretive and cheap fir a griwth add on company??
theyr raising funds via new shares at 6% yield, much higher than their current shares are yielding.
What have I got wrong here??
