That last point concerning Dimmit is important IMO. Measuring performance as if it has been sold with effective date of Jan 1, 2019
Would have liked a slide specifically on
1. The lapsed acreage locations ... seems its difficult to sell such acres even for marginal $$$ given it had PUDs
2. Dimmit acreage sale
Overall, not terribly different to what has been posted by HC followers
