i need more convincing than that ......... i can get some ticks in a laboratory and pour petrol on them and get a 100% kill rate.

It is when I take the petrol into the field and pour it onto the cow that things get a little trickier even though the tick is still dead........
The end of the cow trial has never been explained in any way and comments about "cheap and nasty" or "the cows are fine" are not supported by company statements.

What I remember is that after the cow field trials were stopped suddenly all the focus was on closed environments such as grain silos. I guess anything inside a grain silo is fair game if collateral damage to the target pests?

To me, the cows are still a problem, but more than happy to trade the trade.
