AVZ's registry indicates vertical integration. Huayou to exercise and take larger stake. CATL and Huayou to provide capex for construction via JV and offtake agreement. infrastructure costs covered by current partners. Refer to performance rights of directors to ascertain POA. Will negotiate at reasonable terms once boots are full.
