I live in WA, folks here are more concerned about a recession, property prices are already down for years and it looks like it is just hitting the east coast.

Market sentiment is definitely down for commodity
stocks however if you are a medium term investor
then now is the time to build for the next boom.

WA went into a downturn earlier than than the East and we will come out earlier because of our mining.

I have been buying small cap cheap explorers a bit at a time, I have some that were 30 times higher in the last boom and they have over the last decade improved on their tenements drastically,what would have cost me $30k I am now buying for $1k.

BDI May not be a short term play but if we have the
goods then it will pay off in the next boom, we just have to go through the process.
