So having spoken to a friend in mining cosultancy, the most likely thing that is happening is a private placement to raise funds for Cerro and East Timor as S32’s money will only be used for drilling and getting to pre feasablity stage and none on admin and directors fees. Obviously he doesn’t work for either company so just like everyone else this is speculation
