Well Ausheds said follow the money, so here’s my list of suspects:

- Fertiliser importers
- Fertiliser retailers
- Chinese Government
- Illegal rare earth syndicates
Someone mentioned the Triads control the fertiliser industry.
This all sounds conspiratorial but there has to a reason behind this insanity.
