This company has an unacceptable level of financial risk. It has poor cash flow, very high debt, very low assets to liabilities and most of all has a large integration risk. Therefore, the risks are extremely high. This is why despite all sorts of contingencies saying it is worth $30 plus the market is not pushing the stock there. The smart money is out and it really is only the dumb money at play and at risk. The smart money will come in only after the next report and outlook statement comes in.
So be careful before you go in. There are better plays out there.
