Merck acquire Immune Design for $US 300 million.
Immune Design (IMDZ) has 4 product candidates 2 x phase 2, 1 x phase 1 and 1 pre clinical.
share price pre negotiations with Merck circa $US 1.20. and now $US 5.85.
IMO - Immutep is in a stronger position with more product candidates and possible jewel in crown - autoimmune candidate176 albeit preclinical stage.
