do you guys think there will need to be a CR to assist in funding the ships? I can't see the ships being 100% debt financed. A pure operating lease* might be difficult given the ships are bespoke.
* operating leases will no longer be a thing for accounting purposes from 1 July 2019 and so will be required to be recorded the balance sheet.
