There was an article in the Aus.Fin.Review a couple days ago - not allowed to post links on the forum here - but there was an interesting snippet at the end of it, which I'll detail below. So for all the earlier discussion around public access to the IPO, it seems like these guys are actually going about looking after the 'little guys'. Huge props if they do, as the article alludes to, that's not all that common for in-demand floats.

The pair set the $1-per-share price after taking advice from Acova Capital. Unlike many IPOs, Ecofibre is setting a portion of the raising for the general public.
"Australians should all get access to CBD," says Wang. "We wanted the general public to get this access. There will be general pool – likely 20 per cent – while the remainder will be institutions and the chairman's list of investors."
