So you are saying that if the company fails at all the things it's trying to do then share price will tank. This is only half common sense because you didn't state what will happen if new agreement is signed this month and funding happens before June.
Management only stated a few days ago on twitter that funding negotiations are going good. What makes you think otherwise?
IMO it is possible for a bigger company like CLQ to struggle with funding but a smaller company still getting funded. It happened with getting offtake partners as well didn't it?
