It goes to their recording and requests that you press a button to select where you want to be directed and when you do that you are waiting until your patience runs out. I tried 3 different buttons yesterday and in the end I had to go to the bank to sort it out . So much for Internet Banking Cheers Towie Nearly as bad as bloody Telstra
