This is so idiotically simple as stated by others: There is a concept of "advancing the sale" which is progress by meetings, sample testing, contract negotiations etc.. It is legal to elaborate on activity (without names) as long as true with the condition's that activity might not secure an order. What we are seeing is a vacuum, totally silent, like someone hiding bad news and it is destroying value as happened when CEO was released in a very crude way. Does anyone on the Board care. Will a lawsuit for lack of custodial duty stimulate some communication?
