Another key risk is if the takeover falls over - MOD will then need to obtain finance to develop T3 and this may lead to significant dilution if MOD is forced to conduct a large capital raising to help fund the development. Whilst I am confident that MOD will secure a takeover partner/JV partner to assist with the funding, to me this is the largest downside risk that we currently face.
