Hi KBkim, I do not believe the company is obligated or committed to that timeline - it has only ever been indicative and non-binding - and/or subject to finalised deals for access to CapEx funding etc.
Happy to be proved wrong.
I understand that some preparatory work has been done on site, but not sure if that has been continuing during the wet season. (Such as it was/has been!)
