12% facilitation fee + 20% interest + 10% discount to VWAP on share issuance makes this deal worth an effective interest rate of 40-50% for a 12 month term. That is disgusting.
I genuinely hope HAC30 is right and they are only coping 12% fee + 10% VWAP discount, which is still not great but the cost of doing business at this end of the market sometimes.
