Having nukes in no way would assist China to invade Taiwan. It would be a mighty struggle for China to even get their troops across the water, let alone get ashore and take the fight to the Taiwanese military. That's why after so many years of nonsense threats, they've done absolutely nothing. Because they simply don't have the ability.
