This is a little thin, I can't find any current news regarding this other than the paywalled article.
Sometimes these aggregator news sites list article headlines as current news when they actually reference old stories - a sort of bait & switch to sucker you in to paying.
I don't know if this is the case. You would think if it was current news it would appear on hundreds of sites not just African Mining News.
We'll know soon enough I guess.
