There are many possibilities regarding the offers made, and what may be happening now with negotiations.

Oh no, a few months after expected...  cry me a river.
This is for a multi-decade operation.  They can take a few extra months imo to get the best deal possible. 
Those of us who are actually invested in the company don't really care.  

It's only the traders and shorts that are nervous because it messes with their personel timelines and the uncertainty is killing them.  
Hard to sleep when you could awake any day to a TH announcement isn't it..?

Stop making "factual" claims about the offers when you have absolutely no more knowledge of what's going on than the rest of us.

It's "late" so it "must be bad" = random guesswork disguised as "knowledge" = zero credibility
