Whether MOD would adopt the right to acquire MTR's 30% stake in Tshukudu Exploration prior to any T/O is debatable ofc. There could be a scenario where any bidder (say SFR) might want to  have MTR as a 30% exploration partner and a willing partner at that, so either way, that could still be on the cards.

   Many possible Win Win deals for MOD, MTR and any potential new owner could be constructed, so I see the MOD/JV agreement as flexible.
