At what stage do you think he discovered this? Just 2 weeks ago when he wanted to become Executive Chairman and was rebuffed* or over the time he was a big on-market buyer?
They are coming out of the woodwork now.
*And after being rebuffed he sold down without care for the SP or any fanbois such as Kohler who may have bought in after him. Rather than sell-off quietly and make more coin, he was destructive and continues to be so. The words self-centred, vindictive, petulant, low EQ spring to mind.
