You don't have shares in NAG and you don't have any clues to what other alternatives there are out there to the NAG solution except for your brainstorming "Dredge spoil containing PASS can be disposed of in Port Phillip Bay"

Giddyup dbl - come up with an alternative to NAG
that can take PASS as per MMRT EES on a 24/7 all weather basis
that doesn't involve dumping PASS in PPB
