Total 173.8m x $0.32 = $55.6m fully diluted market capitlisation

If you want to ignore them, pretend they don't exist and tell yourself you're buying into a $35m company at 32c (which is still grossly overvalued) then YOU go for it. No need to get worked up by others getting the correct information out there.
