Not sure of your motives here but if you have read plenty of finacial reports like I have then you'll know paragraphs like that are all to common in new businesses and speculative stocks on the asx.
It is really no surprise at all. Neither the big whoha your'e trying to make it out to be.
The fact the company has not done a capital raising after the postive cash flow quarter it has just had shows you it doesn't need to. Not saying it won't but obviously the cash flow for this quarter has been strong already to not need a capital raising.
The fact also that the substantial holder has been buying on market instead of asking for a piece of a capital raising should also indicate to anyone that one may not be happening too soon.
