If a 400 klms round trip from Benalla is a favourable consideration for precast concrete
then a 300 kms round trip must be even more favourable for PASS especially if the trucks can return to Melbourne with aggregate
The key factor with the PASS is not distance however - it is the safe disposal of PASS as per EES specification
