It gets more and more likely that management seems confident to wait for those results, as they undoubtedly have insight knowledge of the progress, but are not at liberty to share with market.
Once those latest tests are done, the process with collaborator 1 could dramatically increase in speed as there is a world wide race on to increase battery capacity, especially add on technologies allowing to keep main design intact.

To protect shareholder value, a premium placement could occur at a much later date this year guaranteeing the sort of amount necessary to meaningfully move into the battery space, since price would be multiples of current levels with a positive development in April.
