probably on close. It would appear that patience has been exhausted and while volume is low, there is clearly not to much appetitie to chase the "cheapies".
Still like the story, but until ANW deliver something of substance we aren't going anywhere. I had hoped for a monday morning ann, but alas, ANW remains quiet.
