We will all have different takes on this.
I feel that with full funding, debt and equity (inclusive of any offtakes) TMT will be at between 30/35c. I have also applied a 30% ratio for future options which will also be priced at 40c, no major player will come to the table otherwise. Thus T/O thereafter will be in the vicinity of double this average new position i.e. 55/60c - everyone will go for it. The directors will push for the T/O.
No down ramping just logical. At 100% premium to current prices it's still a 12/18mth buy.
