Going over old announcements to try and gauge whether this is a train wreck and something other than cobalt price has gone really wrong 

when they released the half baked scoping study they stated it was a positive scoping study which was more in depth  than a usual scoping study.  Given they wanted to push on towards pfs at that point I'm really struggling to see what the issue is passed cobalt price 

not denying the facts where they said due to wethering  ore body at surface making economics sub optimal and hence looking towards underground mine. But this was for 5percent of the resource so not a deal breaker

really hope we get an announcement before open to clarify a few things so people can make informed decisions on whether it's just cobalt price or multiple issues effecting the projects viability
