EnviroPacific can stabilise the material by treating it with Lime. With the volume in the current market it works out 1 tonne of Lime for 100 tonne of PASS - Lime is about $30-50/tonne. Once stabilised material is clean fill - $1-2 to landfill.

unfortunately the transport companies run the market and all (especially the main 2) are very aggressive. They put a % markup on the disposal - their profit is in the trucks. Quantity over quality - especially since the project has already blown out by $millions.
