PASS in Metropolitan area unfortunately is price driven than to take to Best practice facilities. With two Plant hires having their own PASS disposal options (LanTrak & Delta) the market is at $7-10/tonne. 

With Cleanaway Ravenhall and Wyndham Landfills both 24 hours for the night works - and LanTrak get Council approval on selected Projects. Also noting Hi-Quality is also 24 hours when requested. The Tunnel material will be split to these options.

LanTrak and Delta are both regulated by Earth Resources not EPA as both sites are an old rehabilitated quarry.

Currently the local Melbourne area has 6 disposal locations with a minimum 12million cubic metres of airspace.
