One thing needs to be made very clear, and I'm borrowing from a rtd Chartered Acct buddy here, those HY Fins + GC note are prepared by Lynas, the auditor has only a review function and can choose to agree, or otherwise.
That GC note was NOT initiated by the auditors, rather the Directors, four of whom bought stock Friday.
Two different messages, two different audiences.
