No, they will drill to TD.
Rig crew will be contacted for the job.
If nothing after the Wire Logging they could save on the frac. Wait and see.
They also will have a legal requirement to the State of Alaska to complete as per Drill Permit. As the State wants to know and update their own data base.
Still hope, but greatly reduced, massively in fact.
