15,000,000 TNA shares (@ $.10) and 500k cash 
we received 7,760,000 and 300k so far

new deal included some magic and now we have
We get 20,000,000 TNA shares (@ $.10) and give them 300k
We sell 6,410,256 of TNA shares for 0.078 ( even though they are worth 0.10c ) for 500k
Give the 300k back to TNA
so we are left with:
13,589,744 shares ((@ $.10 but worth only $0.078) and 200k Cash

In total we are loose on this new deal by 300k and 1,410,256 TNA shares
