I'm sure anyone would be a 'complainer' who has seen the value of their stock lose two-thirds of it's worth in a couple of weeks due a a completely mismanaged CR which surely could have been dealt with in a much more professional way that did not involve decimating the value of shareholders' holdings from the moment the CR was announced.

The line that particularly rankled when I read through the prospectus was where it said (not sure offhand which page) that if we don't cough up for the new shares then the value of our holding, which we bought in good faith, will be diluted into half.

I resented that they would use use such threats, basically forcing us into supporting the hideous CR which had already decimated our holdings, and caused us so much pain, whether we like it or not!

For the record I did not buy into the CR. I sold some of my rights but sadly was not able to sell them all because the interest in the rights was so little and completely dried up in the last couple of days.

What do you mean such threats?

If you don't take up your rights you're diluted by half. That's an actual fact - if you don't see that you shouldn't be investing.
