My brief take aways from the review:
1. PSD costs to date $100 million - that's a significant expense for a company with market cap around $190 million!
2. Ongoing discussion with a number of banks/funds.
3. Another possible significant investor about to be involved.
4. Other deal likely.
5. This is a huge project that is not going to stop! This will be funded. IMO its a great long term investment.
