I think you're right.
Surely this is isn't the Gas Consultant / Independent Experts first rodeo ?
However, they do charge a lot of money, and probably deliver a hefty document to justify their fee.
Turning it around in a couple of days doesn't make their invoice look good.
It's a bit like when I go to my accountant to get "tax advice" he always acts like he's never seen anything like this before.
