This is an unrealistic and pessimistic judgement.  You are entitled to hold if it you wish, but I for one do not believe it to be properly accurate.  

I think it is true that AP does not provide a high level of good quality info that includes the context to make it meaningful, but I do not think that is entirely deliberate.  They just don't get that they are not clear enough in their disclosures, and as a result p!ss holder's off unnecessarily.

From this point onwards I expect that holders are likely to be highly susceptible to phoney news and innuendo.

Given the announcements made there is every reason to expect the SP will rise as wary investors work out the potential that is emerging and will seek to buy in.  I am astounded that some are selling in the light of these announcements.  I am more inclined to ask why anybody would do so.  I would not be surprised to see some large traders buy and sell in such a way as to try to start a little stampede over the cliff.
