assuming 1 cent low dividend will stay and you will receive merely 2 cents per year whilst the earning is north of 10 cents, their payout rate is about 20% and will be very likely less than 20% for Year 2019.
But that still give you gross 2.86 cents (Frank credit included) per share, and that's 11.45% return @ 25 cents share price. a much better return that band deposit isn't it?
