that w doesn't account for people like me who have quietly in the background accumulated at a constant price ,
why would we want to over buy and push the price up, we have done our backgrounds and are betting that there will be something delivered to market
you seem to view this through a single lens only very black and white
while i tend to believe there are many different types that come to market everyday
