And that was the point. The 50/50 gender equality is a greenie/labor policy that only consider the outcome for certain jobs. If you extrapolate that to other jobs in the ideology that a 50/50 split would lead to better equality it just doesn't make sense at all. I hope TLS doesn't consider their 50/50 gender policy to also include also things like warehouse labours/sparkies/cable/duct technician. If they don't, then the 50/50 gender policy is a farce. Why have a policy that only seem to be only for certain jobs? TLS should be lead by the most competent person available. Not based on some gender policy. Not group identity.
PS:Its possible for a more equal representative for women in the bricklaying technology, particular with upcoming technology. At the risk of getting modded out/cross promotion. What do you think of the following vid? Surely we can have a crew that are 50/50 operating this n bricklaying. Could TLS invest in this and make it truely autonomous with 5G?
