That is a bold statement - just because today ~0.125% of the company's stocks changed hands at a -3% premium to yesterday doesn't mean the "market" is giving any response. Let's wait and see what it does over the next quarter and next half to get a better idea of the "market response".
Or if you're so certain that it's going down sell it and move on; even better short it and make some quick buck out of it. Personally, I am quite in the red with RXP as well, but for now I hold as my thesis is different and I see slow and steady improvement in the short/medium term. I am not waiting any miracle turnarounds, but it's still paying dividends and the debt profile is not the riskiest in the sector. I believe the guidance is achievable, but as always we'll see who's right at the end.
