That $900 average price is due to a 12-month contract for 2018 that was signed in Dec 2017 - around the peak of the "bubble" and therefore a high-water mark.
GXY has said that 2019 pricing is "notably" lower. Don't get fooled by this report. The market is forward looking and the 2019 report is going to be considerably worse, IMO.
